Habily is an AI-powered digital assistant developed by Bullet AI. Our service provides tips, challenges, links, and motivational support via WhatsApp over a 4-week period to help your family make small, positive changes. Our AI technology is designed to respond to your questions and messages conversationally.
By signing up for and using the Habily service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
IMPORTANT: Medical and Emergency Disclaimer
Habily is not a medical service. In a medical emergency, you must contact the emergency services.
- For urgent medical help: Use the NHS 111 online service or call 111.
- For life-threatening emergencies: Call 999.
- If you are in crisis or need to talk to someone: Contact the Samaritans on 116 123.
Our service is for general guidance and motivation only. The information provided is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
1. The Habily Service
- Functionality: Once you sign up, you will receive a schedule of messages via WhatsApp for a 4-week period. You can also interact with our AI assistant by sending messages at any time.
- Opting Out: You are in full control. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by simply replying with the word STOP.
2. Safety and Appropriate Use
To ensure the service is used safely, we have established clear boundaries for our AI assistant.
- No Medical Advice: Habily is not a medical device. Our AI assistant is explicitly programmed not to provide medical diagnoses, advice on medication or dosing, or guidance on treating health conditions.
- No Emergency Support: The service is not monitored in real-time for emergencies and cannot provide crisis support. Please use the emergency contact numbers listed at the top of this page if you or someone else is in danger or distress.
3. How We Keep Your Data Secure
We take your privacy and security very seriously. While we are a standalone service, we apply the same rigorous standards we use for our public sector clients.
- Data Encryption: All personal data you provide during sign-up is encrypted both in transit (as it travels over the internet) and at rest (when stored on our servers).
- UK Hosting: Our systems and your data are hosted on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located within the UK.
- Access Control: We operate strict, role-based access controls to ensure only authorised members of the Bullet AI team can access our systems.
- Security Testing: We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests to ensure our systems remain robust and secure.

4. Human Oversight and Incident Reporting
To maintain a high-quality and safe service, authorised members of the Bullet AI team may review conversations. This “human-in-the-loop” process is for quality assurance, service improvement, and safety monitoring only. All reviews are conducted under strict confidentiality.

5. Our Technology Partners
We work with leading technology providers to deliver the Habily service.
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS), using their UK region data centres.
- Messaging: WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
- AI Models: OpenAI. No personal data is ever passed to the AI models we use. The models only process the anonymised content of your message to generate a relevant response based on our curated knowledge.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Habily service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Bullet AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the service, which is currently zero.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
